To reset your password, go to “Settings” and click “Logout”. At the login page, click “Forgot Password”. After you’ve confirmed your phone number, you’ll receive a 4-digit pin via SMS. Use this pin number to update your password.

For account activation purposes, you must pass our Virtual Training. The minimum score to pass the training is 60%, and you’ll have 3 attempts at it. If you fail in all 3 attempts, you’ll need to contact our Driver Operation Admin at mobile [x] to assist you with your application.

You’ll receive an SMS with the link to launch the online training at your convenience. For account activation purposes, you must pass our Virtual Training. Once you pass the training, you will need to pay Bin Bin a security deposit (refundable) of MYR 200. The Security Deposit will be refundable upon deactivation of Bin Bin Driver Account and clearing off any monies owes to Bin Bin if any.

For motorcycles, cars and 4×4, the minimum requirement is the P driving license. For vans and lorries, you need to have a GDL license on top of your driving license. We won’t accept drivers with an L license or an expired license.

Bin Bin will receive notification from the app requesting a pickup of waste to be collected. Customer to provide information such as address, quantity of waste, pictures of waste. (Minimum Weight of 5kg of Waste applies )

Bin Bin Admin will assign the pickup to the nearest driver with information – time of pickup, quantity of waste, pictures of waste, address of the customer, phone number.


Bin Bin registered Driver will collect the waste at the customer’s address. He will need to undertake the following:

  1. Inspect the waste such that the waste are clean and not filled with water or sand
  2. Weigh the waste using a portable weighing scale that can be purchased from Bin Bin
  3. Compute the weights of waste into the system calculator indicating daily rates of the waste
  4. Pay to the customer Cash for the Waste based on the BinBin Rates
  5. Bring the Waste to the Waste Collector and sell to the Waste Collector and receive Cash. “

“Waste Collectors are companies that will purchase the waste you have collector.

You will need to purchase Bin Bin portable Weighing Scale and also Bin Bin Waste Carry bag and Waste Bag to store the waste. You can visit our office at location [x] to purchase the weighing scale, Bin Bin Waste Carry Bag and Waste Bag.

You can collect the waste from the customer in the evening after the opening time of the Waste Collector and schedule to sell the waste to the Waste Collector on the following day

We will assign the waste in accordance to your registered vehicle capacity

Yes Bin Bin Driver can use their own tools.

The calculator will compute the total amount to be paid to customer based on 50% discount factor, to compensate Driver’s cost of petrol and vehicle maintenance

The unit rate of waste in the app to pay customer is updated on weekly basis by Bin Bin.

You’re only allowed to cancel the job with a valid reason. If your reason is not acceptable, we’ll suspend your account for two days. To cancel an order, you must contact our Driver Operation Admin at Mobile Number [x].

Yes incentives are offered in “Mission” from time to time and paid by Bin Bin into your bank account.

“Yes, there is! We have a sticker program for all vehicles . We’ll pay you RM50/month if you stick the Bin Bin stickers on your vehicle. This is a passive income since you’re not required to perform any jobs.

As long as your vehicle has the sticker, we’ll pay you. If you’re interested in our sticker program, please fill in this form. We’ll contact you to arrange an appointment to install the stickers.”

Our stickers use paint-friendly adhesive. The chances of your vehicle’s paint job getting damaged are close to zero. In the event where you want to remove the Bin Bin sticker, you can do so by bringing your vehicle to our office.

Go to “Profile” and click on “Rating” to view your average rating. Improve your rating by requesting the customer to reward you with a 5-star rating if the customer is happy with your service.

It’s quite simple. Just do your best to give an unforgettable and excellent delivery experience for your customers. In due time, you’ll have plenty of “Fans” who have elected you as their favourite delivery partner!

After the order is completed, go to the “Records” tab. You can rate your customer based on their respective order detail.

We currently collect waste within Klang Valley and Selangor?

We operate from 8 am up to 10pm , 7 days a week.

Yes we do! Bin Bin will arrange special transports for these items. Please contact us at mobile number [x] or email us at info@binbin.com.my.

  1. Whenever you have 5 kg of waste as per our list, press the “”Call Us”” Button in our App.
  2. Provide info of the quantity of waste, type of waste, picture of the waste and location.
  3. We will whatsapp you and call you to arrange for delivery time and date.
  4. Our Driver will call you and to confirm the collection time.
  5. Our Driver will inspect your waste such that they are clean and acceptable based on type of waste
  6. Our Driver will weigh the waste, take picture and compute based on Bin Bin Weekly Rates and pay you Cash on the spot.
